A dream becomes reality

For CEO Monica Müller, the concept behind the new Café Stella and its SchokoLaden chocolate shop not only sets new standards, but is also the realisation of her father’s long-held ambition.

“He always wanted to open a chocolate museum. When I was planning the project, his wish was always in the back of my mind. That’s why the new rooms feature several museum elements. Those who visit us can learn all about the main raw ingredient, cocoa, take a look behind the scenes at our chocolate production and even mould their own chocolate. Together with the factory shop and Café Stella, this creates an integrated overall concept in which our chocolate plays the leading role.”
